3. Booking and Payment

All consultation bookings must be made through our online platform. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept the following:

• Full payment must be completed before the scheduled session
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Promotional offers and discounts may be applied as available

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 24+ hours before: Full refund or free rescheduling
• 12-24 hours before: 50% refund or free rescheduling
• Less than 12 hours: No refund, rescheduling at 50% fee
• No-show: No refund, no rescheduling

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate birth details (date, time, and place of birth)
• Attend scheduled sessions on time with a stable internet connection
• Maintain respectful communication with our astrologers
• Not record sessions without prior written consent
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential

• We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice
